Polish for Beginners

My daughter is seven years old. At the moment we are living in Belarus. In order to help my daughter not forget her second native language and to learn the rules of Greek, I began to look on the internet for a teacher and native speaker of Greek so as to take lessons through Skype. I was not yet certain, at that point, about this form of study. We had concerns about how our child would receive information through the camera, how she would react to a remote teacher during the lesson, and how the teacher would themselves be...

Fate granted us the opportunity to get to know Amalia. Our first conversation satisfied me, but I still had doubts with regards to how my daughter would receive information through Skype. I was pleasantly surprised to find that lessons through Skype can give such great results. My daughter really loves her lessons with Amalia, and she even does her homework happily! From the third lesson, I left my daughter to her lesson with Amalia without fears.

Amalia is a very considerate teacher and she is able to find a common language with children and deliver the material in an interesting way. She teaches with love and she is strict, but is always smiling. We even became friends, and we are looking forward to meeting in Greece when we go on vacation to see my husband!

I have been taking lessons with Chiara for around three months. She has a very responsible approach towards teaching, always prepares materials for the lesson and corrects my speech effectively while managing to write down all corrections,which is convenient for when I am reviewing my mistakes. Good day. I have been studying with Amalia for several months now. My interest in Greek is related to the fact that for half of the year I live and work on the island of Crete. My work does not require a knowledge of Greek (when needed I use English), but I wanted to begin studying Greek in order to become further immersed in this country that I love. When I began to look for a teacher on the internet, I saw many ads offering Greek lessons, but all the teachers were Russians who had lived for years in Greece, and my goal was to find a native speaker. For this reason I was very happy when I found Amalia. She knows several foreign languages, among them Russian. She doesn't speak Russian perfectly (in my view this is, in principle, impossible), but she has enough of a command of the language that I can easily understand her. Lessons with her are very entertaining, she selects materials for each lesson carefully, and always prepares interesting exercises. I don't perceive my lessons with her as work or study. For me, it is a way to relax, a hobby. I am pleasantly and, most importantly, usefully passing my time. I think that a large role is played here, not only by Amalia's professional but also her human qualities. She is a very pleasant, gentle, and kind person, and she is always calm when explaining the material to me several times if I don't understand something. If you want learning a foreign language to not be hard work, but for it to be a pass-time from which you derive pleasure and that you look forward to with impatience, then I recommend studying with Amalia. The first lesson is free, so you can always refuse further lessons. But personally, it didn't even enter my head to refuse. After the trial lesson I immediately registered for the next lesson.
