I have been studying Italian for 8 months. For two of these months I have had the pleasure to study through Skype with a, in my opinion, with a charming, thoughtful teacher – Lara. Before I met Lara, I had two other Italian teachers who, probably, knew the material, but this was not the most important. There wasn't any “life” in the “live” lessons (I would go to the school and speak with the teachers face to face). The lessons followed a template, and already stale program. As I am a more spiritual person, this was not enough. I wanted to communicate in the language I was learning from a more internalized place. I wanted my learning experience to not just follow a scheduled program, but also to bring joy and, most importantly, a desire to continue studying the foreign language I had chosen. And Lara became for me exactly this type of teacher with whom it is pleasant simply to talk, not to mention the fact that studying Italian was enjoyable again. With regards to the school itself, I would recommend this school to everyone I know who would like to study a foreign language. And I'd recommend it not for its prices or its discounts, but for the professionalism of the people.

I already knew that studying by Skype was a great opportunity to study with a native speaker, and also save time and money; then I came across the online school, Language Life. My choice was influenced by the straightforward and convenient payment methods, and also by the teaching staff.

I wanted to study with Florinda and, as I thought, she is indeed a wonderful teacher! She has teaching experience, knows the Russian language (she also knows English and French), which helps her explain the grammar, and she is mindful of the student’s wishes. The trial lesson and text helped in choosing the textbooks and in planning the lessons. I study twice a week. Each lesson consists of checking/analyzing the homework; grammar, reading, … but the main thing is that I listen and try to understand the living language, that we socialize and discuss different themes. My daughter is seven years old. At the moment we are living in Belarus. In order to help my daughter not forget her second native language and to learn the rules of Greek, I began to look on the internet for a teacher and native speaker of Greek so as to take lessons through Skype. I was not yet certain, at that point, about this form of study. I was pleasantly surprised to find that lessons through Skype can give such great results. My daughter really loves her lessons with Amalia, and she even does her homework happily! From the third lesson, I left my daughter to her lesson with Amalia without fears.

Amalia is a very considerate teacher and she is able to find a common language with children and deliver the material in an interesting way. She teaches with love and she is strict, but is always smiling. We even became friends, and we are looking forward to meeting in Greece when we go on vacation to see my husband!
