Work Experience

Igor is a Portuguese native speaker born in Brazil. He has an education in philology and a great deal of experience teaching Portuguese language. In addition, Igor fluently speaks Russian and English on an advanced level.

Igor began his teaching career during his years of intense pedagogical study in Brazilian state schools and has been giving private lessons of Portuguese ever since. He helps his students reach various goals: overcoming the language barrier in order to communicate in Portuguese, preparing for exams or travel in Brazil, and also practicing for interviews or studying Portuguese for business.

In his lessons Igor uses the communicative method and develops an individual approach for each student.

Currently, Igor is pursuing an advanced degree in philology at Tomsk State University (http://www.tsu.ru) as well as teaching Portuguese language lessons on Skype, working with students of all ages, levels and backgrounds.
