Learn Slovenian language via Skype
Slovenian (slovenski jezik, slovenščina) belongs to the western branch of southern Slavic languages. Approximately 2 million people speak Slovenian, the majority of whom live in Slovenia. One curious fact about Slovenian that ought to be mentioned is that it is one of two literary Slavic languages that has retained the dual grammatical number. German has had a strong influence on Slovenian, and for this reason modern spoken Slovenian has retained many germanisms. It is also interesting that Slovenian has more than 40 dialects, and is one of the most heterogeneous languages in the world.
The online school Language Life offers private and group Slovenian lessons with native speakers who are also professional teachers. With us, you can study Slovenian regardless of your level. Our programs have been developed to suit a wide range of students; by taking one of our programs, you will have access to some of today’s most sought after trends in language learning.

I was inclined to be very skeptical about studying a language via Skype, but I decided to try the free trial lesson. I liked my teacher, Serena, so much that I decided to continue on with lessons. Serena is very professional in the way she conducts the lesson; in fact, it doesn’t even feel like a lesson. She skillfully sees the gaps and unobtrusively instructs so that you feel as if you can already speak the language right away. Another great thing, of course, is that you save time not having to travel. I can’t imagine now a more effective way of studying. The school has without doubt a great future. Yulia manages the school like a perfect conductor, knowing which teacher is the best match for which student. I am learning Italian, and it’s my third foreign language. I am sure that, had I known about this school earlier, I would already have learned another couple of languages by now, taking into consideration the convenience, the reasonable rates, and the travel time saved.
I have been studying Italian for some time now with Serena, a wonderful native-speaking teacher from Venice. I like everything about the lessons, and my learning is progressing really well! This is my first experience of studying via Skype and I am completely satisfied with it. The timetable is flexible, and the approach is individual. I would recommend it to everyone!
